Terms of Service

KOLScale helps sellers find TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate creators, keep them in one place, and reach out to them with collaboration invitations and WhatsApp messages. The Chrome extension does this work inside your own browser, using the TikTok Shop, Shopee and WhatsApp accounts you are logged in to there.

• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law and give accurate account details.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Only connect the extension in browsers you control.
• Capture, invites and WhatsApp outreach work while your business has an active plan or free trial. A new account starts without one unless we offer a trial at the time.

• Each plan sets limits, such as how many creators you can keep, invites a month and WhatsApp messages a day. The app enforces them.
• You pay up front for the term you choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The price shown at checkout, in rupiah in Indonesia or ringgit in Malaysia, is what you pay. Payments are handled by our payment providers, Duitku in Indonesia and CHIP in Malaysia. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• A plan doesn't renew by itself. It runs until the end date shown in Settings, and we remind you in the app and by email before it ends. When it ends, capture and outreach stop until it's renewed. For 14 days after it ends you can still see your creators, campaigns and insights; after that they're hidden until you renew. Nothing is deleted: renewing shows everything again.
• Buying more time on your current plan adds it to the end. Switching to another plan starts it straight away, and the unused paid time of your old plan becomes days of the new one, in proportion to the two plans' prices.
• Plans show their normal price and, when we run one, our discount on it, which is what you pay; your discount and how long it lasts are shown on the plans. A sign-up offer or a partner's code is taken off the price after that discount, as shown at checkout and until the time it says. You get one of those two, the larger, not both.
• When a plan says so at checkout, buying it for 6 months comes with one 1-on-1 online training session of 60 minutes, and buying it for 12 months with two, booked with us on WhatsApp and used before the plan you bought ends. They aren't money: they can't be exchanged, transferred or carried over, and they aren't refunded on their own.
• Refunds: Payments aren't refunded. A plan runs until its end date and never renews by itself.
• We may change what plans include. If a change reduces what your current plan includes, we tell you before it applies.

You agree to:

• follow the terms of TikTok Shop, Shopee and WhatsApp, and the laws that apply to you;
• contact creators only about genuine business, never send spam, harassment or misleading messages, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to;
• have a lawful basis for the personal data you collect and use, as our Privacy Policy describes;
• not try to reach other customers' data, get around limits or security, overload the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it;
• not use the service to collect data for resale or to build a competing database.

KOLScale isn't affiliated with, or endorsed by, TikTok, Tokopedia, Shopee or WhatsApp. It works with their websites as they are today; when they change, features may stop working until we adapt. Those platforms can limit or close accounts they believe break their rules — how you use your accounts is your responsibility, including the pace and content of your outreach.

• The data you keep in KOLScale is yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, as our Privacy Policy explains.
• You work with your data inside KOLScale. The service doesn't offer bulk export of creator data.
• When your account closes, we delete your business's data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

Anyone with an account can join our partner program and promote KOLScale with a link and a code of their own.

• A business is credited to you when it signs up through your link, or uses your code before its first payment. Before that payment, the code it types counts first, then the partner link it opened last within 90 days; from that payment on, it stays with its partner.
• You earn the commission shown on the program page and in your dashboard: a share of each payment the businesses credited to you make, for the period shown there, counted from their first payment. Buyers who use your code get the discount shown there. We may change the rates and the period; changes apply to payments made after them, never to commissions already earned.
• We pay what you're owed by bank transfer to the account you give us, monthly, once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard. Any tax the law requires us to withhold is deducted.
• Promote honestly: no spam, no misleading claims about KOLScale or what it earns, no posing as KOLScale or its team, and no ads that bid on the KOLScale name. You don't earn from your own business, or from accounts you control.
• We may pause a partnership, and take back commissions earned against these terms, such as through self-referral or fake sign-ups. You can leave the program at any time by writing to [email protected]; commissions already earned are still paid.

We work to keep KOLScale running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or sales, or for actions TikTok Shop, Shopee or WhatsApp take on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or when the law requires it — where we can, we tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We'll first try to settle any dispute together in good faith; if that fails, it goes to the competent courts of Indonesia. These terms are written in English; where the law requires an Indonesian version, that version prevails.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top, and for significant changes we tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions go to [email protected].
